This was a delicious shake-like drink made super healthy with coconut water, honey and banana. I think one could add a hefty dollop of rum and really enjoy it, but then that’s me.
Tropical Honey Coconut Water Cooler by the NHB

Makes 1 serving
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 cup coconut water
½ cup frozen or canned pineapple chunks
½ cup banana, thickly sliced (1 small banana)
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon coconut extract (or omit)
Optional: 3 tablespoons rum or tequila
In blender, combine all ingredients except toasted coconut. Blend on high speed
until frothy; pour into a 16-ounce glass and sprinkle coconut on top. Serve immediately.
